Welcome to JS Figure Shop. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from JS Figure Shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Terms

JS Figure Shop specializes in the sale of collectible figures, statues, and related merchandise.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • You agree to comply with all terms, policies, and conditions outlined on this website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit purchases, or refuse future transactions at our sole discretion.

2. Product Condition

All figures sold by JS Figure Shop are expected to arrive in excellent figure condition unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

However, customers acknowledge and agree that many items are imported internationally and may travel long distances through multiple shipping carriers, warehouses, customs facilities, and handling environments.

As a result:

  • Product boxes and packaging may show signs of wear.
  • Minor dents, creases, corner wear, scuffs, scratches, shelf wear, compression damage, or other cosmetic imperfections may occur.
  • Box damage is considered a normal risk associated with international shipping and collectible distribution.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product listing, all products should be assumed to be sold with average collector box condition and not guaranteed mint-condition packaging.

Important

The condition of the outer box or packaging is not guaranteed and is not grounds for a refund, return, exchange, credit, or chargeback.

Customers seeking flawless or grading-worthy packaging should understand that such conditions cannot be guaranteed.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Cancel orders affected by inventory discrepancies.
  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped.

4. Pre-Order Policy

JS Figure Shop may offer certain products for purchase on a pre-order basis before they are officially released by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Pre-Order Reservation

A pre-order deposit reserves your place in our allocated inventory for the applicable product. JS Figure Shop will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all accepted pre-orders.

Due to limited allocations, reservation costs, and the operational constraints of a small business, pre-order quantities may be limited and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Release Dates and Availability

Any release date, estimated arrival date, shipping window, or fulfillment timeline displayed on our website is provided solely as an estimate.

JS Figure Shop does not manufacture the products we sell and has no control over:

  • Manufacturer production schedules
  • Factory delays
  • Distribution delays
  • International shipping delays
  • Customs delays
  • Release date changes
  • Product cancellations
  • Allocation changes from manufacturers or distributors

Customers understand and agree that release dates are subject to change at any time by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

JS Figure Shop cannot guarantee any specific release date, delivery date, or shipping timeline for pre-order items. We can only communicate and relay information provided to us by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

Delays

Delays are common within the collectibles industry and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, dispute, compensation, or store credit.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility that a product may be delayed beyond the originally estimated release date.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

Customers acknowledge that deposits are used to secure inventory allocations, reserve product quantities, and cover business expenses associated with obtaining limited products.

Accordingly, pre-order deposits cannot be canceled, refunded, transferred, or credited for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Personal financial circumstances
  • Finding the item elsewhere
  • Changes in collecting interests
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Changes to estimated release dates
  • No longer wanting the item

Manufacturer Cancellation Exception

The only circumstance under which a pre-order deposit may be refunded is if the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier officially cancels the product and JS Figure Shop is unable to fulfill the order.

In such cases, customers will receive a refund of any deposits or payments made for the canceled product.

Final Payment

If a balance remains due on a pre-order item, customers may be required to submit final payment before the item is shipped.

Failure to complete payment within the timeframe provided by JS Figure Shop may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any non-refundable deposit previously paid.

Pre-Order Acknowledgment

By placing a pre-order with JS Figure Shop, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy, including the non-refundable nature of pre-order deposits and the possibility of manufacturer-controlled delays, allocation changes, and schedule changes.

5. Shipping Policy

JS Figure Shop is operated by a small team, typically consisting of one to two individuals.

Because of this:

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped 2–3 times per week.
  • Shipping schedules may vary based on order volume, holidays, inventory availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

We make every effort to maintain reasonable fulfillment times and provide timely communication.

Tracking Information

All shipped orders will include tracking information whenever available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

JS Figure Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather events
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are only available for valid reasons approved by JS Figure Shop.

Return Request Deadline

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a request, customers must email:

and include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs if applicable

Valid Return Reasons

Returns may be considered for:

  • Broken figures
  • Manufacturing defects that significantly impact the item
  • Receiving the wrong product
  • Items substantially different from their listing description

All claims are subject to review and approval.

Invalid Return Reasons

Returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks will not be granted for:

  • “I don’t want it anymore.”
  • Buyer’s remorse.
  • Ordering by mistake.
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere.
  • Personal preference changes.
  • Minor paint imperfections common to mass-produced collectibles.
  • Packaging or box condition concerns.
  • Shipping carrier delays.
  • Damage limited solely to the outer packaging.

7. Damaged Items

If an item arrives broken or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence.
  3. Await review and approval.

A return may be required before a refund or replacement is issued.

If approved, a refund or replacement will be provided at the sole discretion of JS Figure Shop.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing.

JS Figure Shop may cover return shipping only when:

  • The item arrived broken or defective;
  • Adequate proof has been provided;
  • The claim has been approved by JS Figure Shop.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact JS Figure Shop and make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution.

If a customer initiates a chargeback while:

  • Retaining possession of the product;
  • Refusing to return the product when requested;
  • Making false, fraudulent, or misleading claims regarding the transaction;

JS Figure Shop reserves the right to:

  • Permanently blacklist the customer from future purchases;
  • Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation;
  • Recover damages, fees, costs, and losses through all available legal remedies.

Fraudulent chargebacks may constitute theft, mail fraud, wire fraud, or other violations of applicable law. Suspected fraud may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, collection agencies, or other appropriate authorities where permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS Figure Shop shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Emotional distress
  • Loss of collectible value
  • Delayed shipments caused by third parties

Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, product photography, designs, and other materials, is the property of JS Figure Shop or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

12. Product Availability

Inventory levels may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders due to inventory shortages
  • Substitute shipping methods when necessary
  • Refuse orders based on inventory or supplier limitations

In the event of a canceled order, customers will receive a refund of any amount paid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within California, and customers consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

JS Figure Shop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
